Responsibilities
- Lead all project controls activities, including planning, scheduling, progress measurement, risk management, change control, and reporting
- Develop, implement, and maintain project controls systems, procedures, and compliance standards
- Prepare and manage integrated master schedules, ensuring alignment across multiple project packages and stakeholders
- Review and evaluate contractors' baseline and updated schedules, identifying delays, risks, critical issues, and recommending mitigation or recovery actions
- Conduct schedule impact assessments, analyses, and risk evaluations to support informed decision making
- Maintain project risk registers and lead risk workshops with clients and contractors
- Prepare progress reports, schedule analyses, forecasts, and management presentations
- Assess Extension of Time (EOT), disruption, and delay claims using recognized delay analysis methodologies
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams to resolve planning, scheduling, and project controls issues
- Establish progress measurement systems (PMS), KPIs, and project monitoring tools
- Manage project records, trackers, logs, contractual correspondence, and delay notifications
- Lead project controls meetings, provide technical guidance to planning engineers, and support stakeholder communications through clear reporting and presentations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in Infrastructure projects
- UAE experience, minimum 3 years
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, Primavera Risk Analysis, and Power BI
- Good written and oral communication skills

- Parsons is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Controls Manager to lead project planning, scheduling, risk management, change management, and performance reporting across major infrastructure projects.
What You'll Be Doing

What Required Skills You'll Bring

- Minimum 15+ years of experience in Infrastructure projects
- UAE experience. Minimum 3 years
