- Work with client and contractors to establish WBS, CPM baseline schedules, and integrated master schedules
- Review project plans, requirements, and specifications
- Load schedules with resource and cost information
- Develop and manage delay analysis process and deliverables
- Manage and mentor the Planning Team
- Perform resource analyses to identify bottlenecks and resource strain
- Update, maintain, and revise monthly and weekly schedules and reports
- Coordinate and conduct reviews of consultant, contractor, and vendor schedules
- Report on comparisons of monthly schedule updates, including changes, delays, or accelerations
- Develop and implement an earned value system (EVM)
- Identify program and project risks and provide mitigation recommendations
- Perform what if and delay analyses as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in construction engineering, engineering, project management, or related technical field
- 15+ years of construction planning and scheduling experience
- Fluency in English
- Multi disciplinary and vertical construction experience (Infrastructure, Power Generation, Oil & Gas, Hospitals, Mixed use buildings)
- Experience in data centers, mission critical facilities
- Earned Value Management experience
- Experience working with Multinational PMC consultants and Contractors
- Highly proficient in Primavera P6, including resource management
- Experience in client facing positions
- Proficient in Microsoft Project

Job Description
- Decima International is a professional services company providing project management and controls services.
- We are looking for a Senior Planning Manager to support the development of Mega Project(s) in the UAE.
Responsibilities
- Work with the client and contractors to establish work breakdown structures (WBS), CPM baseline schedules, and integrated master schedules (IMS).
- Review project plans, requirements, and specifications.
- Load schedules with resource and cost information.
- Develop and manage the delay analysis process and deliverables.
- Manage and mentor the Planning Team.

Required Qualifications
