- Establish work breakdown structures, CPM baseline schedules, and integrated master schedules
- Review project plans, requirements, and specifications
- Load schedules with resource and cost information
- Develop and manage delay analysis process and deliverables
- Manage and mentor the Planning Team
- Perform resource analyses to identify bottlenecks
- Update and maintain monthly and weekly schedules and reports
- Coordinate reviews of contractor and vendor schedules
- Report on schedule updates, changes, delays, or accelerations
- Develop and implement earned value system
- Identify program and project risks and recommend mitigation
- Perform what if and delay analyses
Requirements
- Experience in planning and scheduling for large scale projects
- Proficiency in CPM scheduling and delay analysis
- Ability to manage and mentor a planning team
- Strong communication and client facing skills

Responsibilities
- Work with client and contractors to establish WBS, CPM baseline schedules, and IMS.
- Review project plans, requirements, and specifications.
- Load schedules with resource and cost information.
- Develop and manage delay analysis process and deliverables.
- Manage and mentor the Planning Team.
- Perform resource analyses to identify bottlenecks.
- Update, maintain, and revise monthly and weekly schedules and reports.
- Coordinate reviews of consultant, contractor, and vendor schedules.
- Report on monthly schedule updates including changes, delays, or accelerations.
- Develop and implement earned value system (EVM).
- Identify program and project risks and provide mitigation recommendations.
- Perform what if and delay analyses as needed.
