- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for water pipeline and utility infrastructure projects using Primavera P6.
- Prepare baseline programs, recovery plans, look ahead schedules, and resource histograms.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identify delays or deviations, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate closely with the engineering, procurement, construction, and project management teams to align timelines and deliverables.
- Evaluate subcontractor schedules and ensure integration into the master schedule.
- Lead progress review meetings and prepare weekly/monthly reports for internal and client submission.
- Analyze variations, assess impacts, and support the preparation of extension of time (EOT) claims.
- Ensure schedule compliance with contractual requirements and client expectations.
- Maintain clear documentation and control of planning data throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in risk management and value engineering exercises.
