Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor the Company's HSE policies, procedures, and management systems on project sites
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and safety observations to ensure compliance with HSE requirements
- Identify workplace hazards, conduct risk assessments, and recommend appropriate control measures
- Ensure compliance with Permit to Work (PTW) systems and safe work practices
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, HSE awareness campaigns, and ongoing safety training
- Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and prepare detailed investigation reports
- Monitor proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and enforce site safety rules
- Coordinate emergency preparedness activities, drills, and evacuation exercises
- Maintain HSE records, inspection reports, incident reports, training records, and statutory documentation
- Liaise with clients, consultants, regulatory authorities, and internal stakeholders on HSE matters
- Ensure compliance with environmental requirements, waste management procedures, and sustainability initiatives
- Support project management in achieving HSE objectives and maintaining a zero harm workplace
Requirements
- Experience in Pumping Stations, Water Transmission Networks, Wastewater Treatment Plants, Sewage Treatment Plants, District Cooling Plants, Substations, or similar infrastructure and utilities projects
- Proactive and experienced in HSE

Job Overview
- We are seeking a proactive and experienced HSE Officer to support the implementation and enforcement of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards across infrastructure and utilities projects.
- The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with Company policies, client requirements, and UAE regulations.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Pumping Stations, Water Transmission Networks, Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP), Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), District Cooling Plants (DCP), Substations, or similar infrastructure and utilities projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor the Company's HSE policies, procedures, and management systems on project sites.
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and safety observations to ensure compliance with Company, client, and statutory HSE requirements.
- Identify workplace hazards, conduct risk assessments, and recommend appropriate control measures.
- Ensure compliance with Permit to Work (PTW) systems and safe work practices.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, HSE awareness campaigns, and ongoing safety training for employees and subcontractors.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and prepare detailed investigation reports with corrective and preventive actions.

- Coordinate emergency preparedness activities, drills, and evacuation exercises.
