Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and other planning software
- Prepare baseline schedules, recovery plans, look ahead schedules, and progress reports
- Monitor project progress against approved schedules and identify potential delays and risks
- Analyze project performance and recommend corrective and preventive actions to maintain project timelines
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Procurement, QA/QC, HSE, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project milestones
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, S curves, manpower histograms, and earned value analysis
- Review project scope, specifications, BOQs, and drawings to develop accurate work breakdown structures (WBS)
- Monitor procurement, material deliveries, engineering activities, and construction progress to ensure schedule compliance
- Participate in project planning meetings and provide planning support throughout the project lifecycle
- Assist in preparing extension of time (EOT) claims, delay analysis, and mitigation plans when required
- Ensure compliance with client, consultant, and contractual planning requirements
Requirements
- Strong background in planning and scheduling for Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP), Odour Control Systems, and other infrastructure projects
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and other planning software
- Experience in developing baseline schedules, recovery plans, look ahead schedules, and progress reports
- Knowledge of earned value analysis and delay analysis
- Ability to coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Procurement, QA/QC, HSE, and subcontractors

Role Overview
