- Develop, maintain, and update detailed MEP project schedules using Primavera P6
- Prepare baseline programs, recovery schedules, and weekly/monthly look ahead plans
- Monitor project progress, track SPI/CPI, and report variances against the baseline
- Review subcontractor programs and ensure alignment with the master schedule
- Present progress updates to senior management and client representatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant Engineering discipline
- 7+ years of planning experience in MEP/contracting
- At least 3 years in a senior planning role
- Expert proficiency in Primavera P6
- Strong command of EVM, critical path analysis, and delay analysis methodologies
- Solid understanding of MEP systems, construction sequencing, and site execution
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and stakeholder communication skills

About the Role
- Lead the planning and scheduling function for MEP scopes across active projects.
- Work closely with project, technical, and commercial teams to ensure smooth delivery from mobilization through to handover.
Key Responsibilities
