- Monitor and control MEP project costs against approved budgets.
- Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and variance analysis for MEP packages.
- Track committed costs, actual costs, and value of work done.
- Review and validate subcontractor invoices and payment applications.
- Manage and assess variation orders, claims, and change requests.
- Prepare cost to complete and cash flow projections.
- Perform quantity take offs and verify BOQ items for MEP disciplines.
- Coordinate with planning, procurement, and project teams on cost matters.
- Support budget preparation and re baselining for MEP works.
- Ensure cost control procedures comply with company and contractual requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
- Proven experience in cost control for MEP works in construction/contracting.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, BOQs, and quantity surveying principles.
- Proficiency in cost control software and advanced Excel.
- Solid understanding of contracts, variations, and claims.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
