Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced **Senior Planning Engineer** with **5 to 10 years of experience**, including **landscape project experience**.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in **Primavera P6** and be capable of handling project planning, scheduling, resource management, and delay analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and develop baseline project programs using Primavera P6
- Perform resource loading and allocation in P6
- Regularly update project schedules and monitor progress
- Identify project delays, risks, and recommend corrective actions
- Assist in Extension of Time (EOT) claims and related analysis
- Prepare and submit delay notices and supporting documentation
- Coordinate with project teams for timely execution of work
- Generate planning reports and maintain proper documentation records
Requirements
- **5 to 10 years of experience** as a Planning Engineer
- Mandatory **landscape project experience**
- Strong knowledge of Primavera P6
- Experience in baseline scheduling, updating, and resource loading
- Good understanding of EOT (Extension of Time) procedures
- Experience in delay analysis and notice preparation
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- **UAE experience is mandatory**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field
