- Ensure planning activities comply with contractual, consultant, and client standards
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of relevant work experience in the UAE
- At least 5 years of recent experience with a well recognized Supervision Consultant
- Proven experience on luxury villas / high end residential building projects
- Strong site based planning and supervision experience in building construction
- Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project
- Good understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and reporting
- Strong communication and coordination skills

Overview
- We are looking to hire a highly experienced Senior Planning Engineer for a prestigious luxury villa building project in Dubai, working on the Supervision Consultant side.
- The candidate will be responsible for site based planning, progress monitoring, and schedule control, ensuring timely project delivery in line with consultant and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
