Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize integrated production and project schedules
- Plan and sequence manufacturing activities to maximize productivity and optimize equipment and workforce utilization
- Monitor production progress, identify schedule risks, and implement recovery plans
- Prepare weekly and monthly production plans, schedule updates, and management reports
- Perform resource planning, workload balancing, and capacity forecasting based on production demand
- Develop and monitor project resource plans and cost loaded schedules to support budgeting, cost control, and efficient project execution
- Conduct delay analysis, identify root causes of schedule variances, evaluate impact, and recommend corrective actions
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, quality, and logistics teams
- Identify schedule risks and develop mitigation and recovery plans
- Optimize production sequencing, resource allocation, and manufacturing capacity
- Generate planning reports, KPIs, and schedule performance analyses
- Ensure planning activities comply with API and DNV quality standards and customer requirements
Requirements
- Experience in developing, maintaining, and optimizing integrated production and project schedules
- Ability to plan and sequence manufacturing activities to maximize productivity
- Experience in monitoring production progress, identifying schedule risks, and implementing recovery plans
- Proficiency in resource planning, workload balancing, and capacity forecasting
- Experience with delay analysis and root cause identification
- Knowledge of API and DNV quality standards (API 6A, 16A, 16C, 16D, 20E & API Q1 10th Edition)
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP
