Responsibilities
- Perform project analysis, control activities, schedule development, schedule maintenance, monitoring, impact identification, and recovery planning.
- Support project organizational and administrative activities and provide non-routine cost planning and scheduling guidance.
- Identify and solve cost engineering and planning or scheduling problems.
- Execute Project Controls programs on assigned projects in accordance with KEO procedures.
- Review and approve earned revenue data, proposal financial summaries, project financial status reports, and working capital calculations.
- Plan staffing needs for assigned projects.
- Review contract drafts for adequate cost and scope definition and coordinate data supporting negotiations.
- Prepare and direct Project Controls presentations for KEO and client management.
- Prepare Project Controls plans for assigned projects.
Qualifications
- The role requires 8 years of work experience.
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
- Experience on infrastructure projects in the UAE is preferred.
