Role Overview
KEO is seeking an Architectural Inspector to join its team on a project in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
The role is based on a project site and focuses on contractor inspections, architectural compliance, quality, safety, and coordination.
Responsibilities
- Attend contractor Inspection Requests and take appropriate action in a timely manner.
- Review shop drawings against contract drawings, specifications, local codes, statutory requirements, and international best practices.
- Report non-compliant contractor work to stakeholders for appropriate action.
- Monitor site work quality, safety, health, environmental issues, specifications, and risk assessments.
- Maintain daily site activity records and progress photographs.
- Prepare surveillance reports and non-conformance reports when required.
- Coordinate architectural work with other disciplines.
- Provide technical input to resolve discipline-related site issues.
Qualifications
- At least nine years of work experience.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in architecture.
- Experience working on large-scale villa projects in the UAE.
