Role Overview

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions provides asset life-cycle, process technology, advisory, engineering, and optimization solutions.

The Senior Planner will prepare preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plans for mechanical, electrical, instrument, and general services activities.

The role is identified as OSCH30 - Specialist, Scheduling/Planning.

Maintenance Planning

  • Prepare weekly and monthly routine and preventive maintenance plans and related activities.
  • Plan and source resources for implementing and completing scheduled maintenance activities.
  • Analyze critical operational and maintenance issues affecting SATORP equipment, plants, and utilities availability.
  • Coordinate the availability of personnel, materials, spare parts, tools, and equipment.

Coordination and Reporting

  • Coordinate with divisions and stakeholders to develop maintenance plans and schedules and provide technical recommendations.
  • Evaluate progress against plans and identify improved planning and implementation practices.
  • Prepare statistical maintenance and technical reports for routine and preventive maintenance activities.
  • Maintain historical records and databases for maintenance plans.

Systems and Contractor Performance

  • Use SAP and other computer programs to implement routine and preventive maintenance plans.
  • Assist with preparing, developing, and measuring contractor key performance indicators.
  • Support maintenance planning for mechanical, electrical, instrument, and general services activities.

HSE Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with HSE rules and SHE procedures before and during work.
  • Encourage reporting of unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.

Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of oil and gas maintenance experience with a high school qualification, or at least 8 years with a diploma.
  • Strong technical understanding of maintenance jobs.
  • Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills.
  • Proven leadership skills in large organizations.
  • Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems.
  • Strategic management skills.
