Job Purpose
Execute and coordinate piping engineering and design activities for ADNOC Offshore FEED projects based in Abu Dhabi.
Develop safe, reliable, maintainable, and cost-effective piping systems for offshore oil and gas facilities while meeting standards, specifications, and HSE requirements.
Piping Engineering and FEED
- Develop and review piping design bases, piping material specifications, pipe classes, line designation tables, general arrangement drawings, plot plans, equipment layouts, material requisitions, valve specifications, material take-offs, and line lists.
- Prepare and review piping philosophies, design criteria, layout studies, tie-in packages, constructability reviews, engineering reports, scope definitions, and cost estimates.
- Complete engineering deliverables within project schedule and quality requirements.
Layout and Routing
- Develop piping layouts considering offshore space constraints, equipment accessibility, maintenance requirements, safety and escape routes, modularization, and weight optimization.
- Participate in 3D model reviews and layout optimization workshops and coordinate routing across engineering disciplines.
