Work Arrangement
- Job type is full-time.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable PHP and MERN web applications.
- Develop RESTful APIs and backend services with Node.js, Express.js, PHP, and PHP frameworks.
- Build responsive React.js front-end applications.
- Integrate AI/ML APIs, LLM solutions, third-party services, SaaS platforms, and automation tools.
- Develop chatbots, intelligent search, content generation, summarization, classification, and recommendation features.
- Identify processes for AI improvement and implement automated workflows.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
- Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and provide technical guidance.
- Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to architecture and system design.
- Own projects from requirements analysis through development, deployment, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA teams, and developers.
Technical Skills
- Required technologies include PHP, Laravel or similar PHP frameworks, React.js, Node.js, Express.js, JavaScript/ES6+, HTML5, CSS3, MySQL, MongoDB, REST APIs, and Git.
- Required knowledge includes OOP, MVC, web services, authentication, authorization, API security, database architecture, queries, indexing, and performance tuning.
- AI-related knowledge includes generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, AI APIs, and AI-powered applications.
- CI/CD, deployment processes, and Agile/Scrum familiarity are required.
- Redux, OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, n8n, Make, Zapier, AWS, Docker, RAG, vector databases, and AI agents are preferred, advantageous, or a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Seven to ten years of professional software development experience.
- Strong experience across PHP and the MERN stack.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, mentor junior developers, and contribute to technical decisions.
- Large-scale web applications, AI-powered products, API integrations, automated workflows, and cloud-based applications are highly preferred.
