Role Overview
Support the CEO and CSO as Senior Personal Assistant across executive, personal, family, travel, and logistical matters.
Manage responsibilities end to end with precision, discretion, anticipation, and seamless execution.
Core Responsibilities
- Maintain a conflict-free calendar, deliver daily plans, and protect focus, family, and rest time.
- Plan travel end to end, validate visas and documents, and resolve disruptions independently.
- Track residency days, manage immigration paperwork, and maintain connectivity across borders.
- Schedule medical check-ups, renew prescriptions, and manage wellness needs.
- Triage emails, draft routine replies, and filter requests with sound judgment.
- Oversee family itineraries, errands, properties, vehicles, and domestic staff.
- Track key dates, source gifts, and maintain personal and professional networks.
- Reconcile expenses, manage renewals, and ensure there are no administrative lapses.
- Coordinate with the other personal assistant for coverage across time zones.
Requirements
- 5+ years supporting senior executives in fast-moving, multi-country environments.
- Availability across time zones, short-notice travel capability, and a valid passport.
- Clean background, strong references, and willingness to uphold a strict NDA.
