Job requirements Your Role in Our Mission We have a growing trader base and data scattered across systems. Too many traders go quiet after month one — not because the product failed them, but because we weren't in their corner. You'll change that. This isn't a "manage the newsletter" role. It's a "design how we talk to every trader at every stage" role — built from scratch, run at scale. If that excites you, read on. How You'll Make an Impact Build the Foundation → Audit existing platforms, data feeds, and automation — document what's there and what's missing. → Select and implement the right CRM tech stack with data and engineering. → Create a unified customer data model built for segmentation, personalisation, and reporting. Own the Full Lifecycle → Design onboarding journeys that convert registered users into active funded traders within 30 days. → Build retention and re-engagement programs that move the needle in the first two quarters. → Develop loyalty logic that deepens trader engagement over time — not one-off campaigns. Lead CRM Strategy → Define the CRM roadmap — what we build, in what order, and why. → Set KPIs that matter: funded traders, activity rates, reactivations — not open rates. → Report to leadership monthly with clarity. Drive Alignment → Work with Product, Data, and Growth to ensure CRM is integrated, not siloed. What You Bring → You've built CRM programs before — not just managed them. → You own platforms end-to-end: segmentation, automation, A/B testing, deliverability. → You think in journeys, not campaigns. → You can translate data into decisions — SQL basics, cohort thinking, funnel analysis. → You've managed a direct report or led a cross-functional workstream. → Fintech or trading experience is a genuine advantage.
