Role Overview
The CRM Lead will build a scalable CRM approach for a growing trader base with data distributed across systems.
The role focuses on customer communication across lifecycle stages, including activation, retention, and re-engagement.
Build the Foundation
- Audit existing platforms, data feeds, and automation and document what exists and what is missing.
- Select and implement the CRM technology stack with data and engineering teams.
- Create a unified customer data model for segmentation, personalization, and reporting.
Own the Customer Lifecycle
- Design onboarding journeys to convert registered users into active funded traders within 30 days.
- Build retention and re-engagement programs for the first two quarters.
- Develop loyalty logic that deepens trader engagement over time rather than relying on one-off campaigns.
