- Audit and restructure existing Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts
- Manage Google Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Meta, and Instagram campaigns
- Build separate acquisition strategies for Sequoia Clinic and Ateliier De Soul
- Create media plans, campaign forecasts, and budget allocation recommendations
- Develop structured campaign and creative testing programs
- Work with creative and content teams to produce high performing ads and landing pages
- Coordinate with call centre teams to understand lead quality and conversion outcomes
- Monitor attribution, duplicate events, and conversion accuracy
- Report campaign performance, customer acquisition cost, and revenue outcomes to management
- Follow medical content and advertising approval process for Sequoia Clinic
Requirements
- Hands on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Proven track record of driving measurable revenue through paid acquisition
- Experience with GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and offline conversion imports
- Ability to work across multiple brands with distinct strategies
- Strong analytical and data driven decision making skills

Overview
- We are looking for a highly experienced, hands on Senior Performance Marketing Manager to build and scale customer acquisition systems for two businesses: Sequoia Clinic (premium longevity and aesthetics) and Ateliier De Soul (premium bespoke tailoring).
- This is not a social media posting role or agency coordination only position.
Responsibilities
- Auditing and restructuring existing Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts.
- Managing Google Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Meta and Instagram campaigns.
- Building separate acquisition strategies for each brand.
- Creating media plans, campaign forecasts and budget allocation recommendations.
- Managing prospecting, retargeting, lead generation and conversion campaigns.
- Reviewing search terms, keywords, placements, audiences and geographic performance.
- Developing structured campaign and creative testing programmes.
- Working with creative and content teams to produce high performing advertisements and landing pages.
- Coordinating with call centre teams to understand lead quality and conversion outcomes.
- Ensuring campaigns optimise toward qualified leads, attended appointments and real customers.
- Working with tracking specialist on GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, Conversions API, enhanced conversions and offline conversion imports.
- Monitoring attribution, duplicate events and conversion accuracy.
Qualifications
- Still comfortable working directly inside advertising accounts.
- Makes decisions based on data and commercial outcomes.
- Understands the relationship between creative, media, landing pages and call centre performance.
- Can challenge poor tracking and misleading platform reports.
- Knows when to scale, rebuild or stop a campaign.
- Can work across two brands without applying the same strategy to both.
- Takes ownership rather than waiting for detailed instructions.
- Comfortable being accountable for revenue related outcomes.
How Success Will Be Measured
- For Sequoia Clinic: Cost per valid lead, cost per qualified lead, cost per booked appointment, cost per attended new patient, patient acquisition cost, marketing attributed patient revenue, thirty and ninety day patient value.
- For Ateliier De Soul: Cost per qualified enquiry, cost per attended consultation, consultation to order conversion, cost per purchasing client, average order value, marketing attributed revenue and gross profit.
