- Own and evolve the clinic's brand strategy across all online and offline channels
- Bring quarterly and annual marketing plans with measurable growth targets to CEO for approval
- Identify emerging trends in wellness, aesthetics, and luxury lifestyle
- Propose and drive brand activations, campaigns, and seasonal moments
- Lead creation and management of monthly content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Meta
- Set creative direction for content: format, messaging, tone, visual style, and platform strategy
- Oversee paid ad strategy across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Monitor campaign performance weekly and present findings to CEO
- Proactively identify and propose opportunities for clinic visibility and community building
- Identify, vet, and manage relationships with influencers and content creators
- Research and approach corporate clients for B2B partnerships
- Own and manage HubSpot CRM including campaign builds, landing pages, email sequences, and lead nurturing
Requirements
- 5 10 years of marketing experience
- Experience in brand strategy and content creation
- Proficiency in paid advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads)
- Experience with HubSpot CRM
- Strong project management and team coordination skills

Brand Strategy & Growth
- Own and continuously evolve the clinic's brand strategy across all online and offline channels.
- Bring quarterly and annual marketing plans with measurable growth targets to the CEO for approval.
- Identify emerging trends in wellness, aesthetics and luxury lifestyle to keep the brand ahead.
- Propose and drive brand activations, campaigns and seasonal moments that generate buzz and bookings.
- Track competitor activity and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
Content Strategy & Calendar Ownership
- Lead the creation and management of a rolling monthly content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Meta.
- Set the creative direction for each piece of content: format, messaging, tone, visual style, and platform strategy.
- Brief the creative team clearly and review all output before publishing.
- Oversee model bookings and shoot logistics.
- Personally capture reactive, spontaneous content when the team is not on site.
- Maintain a content library of approved assets.
Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing
- Oversee paid ad strategy across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance weekly, tracking CPL, ROAS, conversion rates, and booking rates.
- Train and update the reception team monthly on current ads.
- Work with Graphic Designer on ad creatives and A/B test formats.
Events, Activations & Community
- Proactively identify and propose opportunities for clinic visibility and community building.
- Present an events pipeline to the CEO each quarter with objectives, budgets, and expected outcomes.
- Manage all event logistics: venue, invitations, collateral, setup, and post event follow up.
Influencer & Partnership Collaborations
- Identify, vet and manage relationships with influencers and content creators aligned with brand values.
- Negotiate collaboration terms, deliverables, and timelines.
- Build an ongoing ambassador or affiliate programme.
B2B Business Development & Partnerships
- Research and approach corporate clients to offer corporate wellness programmes.
- Identify and reach out to aligned luxury businesses for referral or preferred partner arrangements.
- Build relationships with referring professionals and maintain a structured referral programme.
- Approach real estate developers, lifestyle management companies and relocation services.
- Pitch the clinic for inclusion in luxury lifestyle guides and concierge apps.
- Maintain a B2B pipeline tracker and present updates monthly.
CRM, Lead Management & HubSpot
- Own and manage HubSpot CRM, including campaign builds, landing pages, email sequences, lead nurturing workflows, and lead source tracking.
- Ensure the reception captures, assigns, and follows up within all digital leads within agreed timeframes.
Reception Team Enablement & Messaging
- Develop and maintain a messaging framework for the reception team reflecting the clinic's tone of voice.
- Conduct regular briefings to update the team on current campaigns and promotions.
- Keep updated reference documents, scripts, and FAQs.
- Flag and address communication gaps impacting patient experience or conversion.
Reporting & Analytics
- Produce a monthly marketing report covering social growth, content performance, paid ads results, lead volume, booking conversion, and key campaign outcomes.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to the CEO in a clear, visual format.
