- Write and maintain knowledge documents
- Share best practice through training
- Participate in internal and external audits
- Build strong relationships with client teams and third party providers

- This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work both virtually and from our Birmingham office – Monday to Friday.
What the day will look like
- Being a SME for processes, clients, systems, and tools
- Monitoring team activity and coordinating workload in line with SLAs
- Producing and analysing reports as required
- Identifying issues with processes and driving solutions
- Implementing changes to tools and documentation
- Writing and maintaining knowledge documents
- Sharing best practice through training
- Taking part in internal and external audits
- Building strong relationships with client teams and third party providers
- Achieving team and individual targets (KPIs, SLAs, quality targets)
