About the Role
Symmetry Clinic is seeking a Senior Patient Conversion Lead to design and lead the patient conversion department. You will manage patient communication, conversion, follow-up, and retention, while building processes and leading a team.

Responsibilities
- Convert consultations into treatment programs
- Build trust with patients and guide them toward the most appropriate recovery solution
- Understand patient concerns, identify pain points and confidently handle objections
- Deliver exceptional patient communication throughout every stage of the patient journey
- Achieve personal monthly conversion and revenue targets
- Contact patients who attended consultations but did not purchase treatment
- Follow up with patients who postponed treatment
- Re engage inactive patients
- Work with cancelled appointments, no shows and patients who requested more time
- Understand why patients decided not to continue treatment and collect feedback
- Build long term relationships that increase retention and lifetime value
- Take full ownership of the patient conversion pipeline and monitor CRM dashboards daily
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Knowledge of sales psychology
- CRM experience
- Follow up and relationship management
- Analytical thinking
- Ability to identify commercial opportunities
- Ability to write and improve sales scripts
- Professional written communication for WhatsApp and digital channels
- Excellent English (spoken and written); Russian or Arabic is an advantage

- We are building our first dedicated Patient Conversion & Retention Department.
- This is a unique opportunity to become the founding leader of a commercial function.
Key Responsibilities

Compensation
- Fixed Salary: AED 5,000 per month
- High Performance Commission based on treatment programs sold
- Additional Monthly Performance Bonus based on department KPIs
