About the Role
Symmetry Rehabilitation & Longevity Clinic is looking for a motivated sales professional to serve as Patient Sales & Care Coordinator. You will convert leads into appointments, present treatment plans, retain patients, and reactivate dormant patients.

Responsibilities
- Follow up with all incoming leads and convert inquiries into appointments
- Confirm attendance and reduce no shows
- Work with doctors and physiotherapists to present treatment plans and convert consultations into packages
- Maintain communication with current patients to monitor attendance and support package renewals
- Contact inactive patients to re engage them and present new programs
- Maintain accurate CRM records and update patient notes
- Manage WhatsApp communication and coordinate appointments
- Participate in sales meetings and support implementation of sales processes

- Loves sales and understands sales psychology
- Enjoys communicating with people and can explain complex services simply
- Highly organized and proactive
- Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs
- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to build trust
- Previous experience in healthcare, wellness, aesthetics, hospitality, or premium service environments preferred
- Experience selling treatment programs, memberships, or wellness services preferred
- CRM experience preferred
- Russian or Arabic language skills preferred

Key Responsibilities
- New Patient Conversion: Follow up with all incoming leads, convert inquiries into appointments, confirm attendance, reduce no shows, build trust before the first visit.
- Consultation Conversion: Work closely with doctors and physiotherapists, present treatment plans professionally, explain rehabilitation and longevity programs, convert consultations into treatment packages, support package sales and upgrades.
- Existing Patient Retention: Maintain communication with current patients, monitor attendance and continuity of treatment, follow up with patients who miss appointments, support package renewals and repeat purchases, increase patient lifetime value.
- Reactivation of Dormant Patients: Contact inactive patients, re engage previous patients, present new programs and offers, bring patients back into treatment.
- CRM & Communication: Maintain accurate CRM records, update patient notes, manage WhatsApp communication, coordinate appointments, track patient progress and follow up activities.
- Team Support: Work closely with physiotherapists, doctors, front desk, and management, participate in sales meetings, support implementation of sales processes and scripts.

- Previous experience in healthcare, wellness, aesthetics, hospitality, or premium service environments is a strong advantage.
- Experience selling treatment programs, memberships, or wellness services is a strong advantage.
- Previous CRM experience, sales training certifications, formal sales education, experience coaching or training sales teams, understanding of rehabilitation/physiotherapy/longevity/health optimization/wellness products, Russian or Arabic language skills are strong advantages.
Compensation Structure
- Compensation consists of a fixed salary and a performance based incentive structure linked to individual and clinic KPIs.
- Final compensation package depends on previous sales experience, healthcare/wellness/hospitality/premium service background, communication and conversion skills, CRM and patient management experience, and overall suitability for the role.
- The performance based component rewards contribution to clinic growth, patient retention, consultation conversion, repeat revenue, and overall sales performance.
