- Conduct initial and follow up consultations
- Interpret laboratory investigations and prescribe personalised treatment plans
- Recommend IV Therapy, supplements and preventive medical protocols
- Work closely with nurse and physiotherapists to create integrated recovery plans
- Develop premium Recovery & Longevity Programs including peptides, IV Therapy, supplements
- Develop Laboratory Check up pathways and create commercially attractive treatment packages
- Increase average patient value through personalised treatment recommendations
- Research competitor clinics and pricing, recommend competitive pricing strategies
- Build relationships with laboratories, insurance providers and wellness partners
- Develop partnerships with corporate wellness/sports providers
Requirements
- DHA License (GP / Family Medicine / Internal Medicine / Orthopedist / Endocrinologist)
- Experience in Preventive, Functional or Longevity Medicine
- Strong laboratory interpretation skills
- Experience with IV Therapy
- Excellent English communication skills

- Ability to confidently explain premium treatment programmes

Overview
- Symmetry Recovery & Longevity Clinic is a premium healthcare destination in Dubai specialising in Biomechanotherapy, Recovery Medicine, Preventive Healthcare and Longevity Programmes. We are looking for an entrepreneurial physician who combines strong clinical expertise with commercial thinking.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Practice: Conduct initial and follow up consultations, interpret laboratory investigations, prescribe personalised treatment plans, recommend IV Therapy, supplements and preventive medical protocols, work closely with nurse and physiotherapists.
- Commercial Medical Development: Develop premium Recovery & Longevity Programs including peptides, IV Therapy, supplements; develop Laboratory Check up pathways; create commercially attractive treatment packages.
- Commercial Responsibilities: Increase average patient value through personalised treatment recommendations; develop and continuously optimise premium medical programmes; recommend laboratory investigations and IV Therapy; present premium treatment plans confidently; convert consultations into long t
- Market Development: Research competitor clinics and pricing; research suppliers and purchasing opportunities; recommend competitive pricing strategies; optimise programme profitability.
- Business Development: Build relationships with laboratories; develop insurance opportunities; develop partnerships with corporate wellness/sports providers; participate in referral network development.
Requirements
- DHA License (GP / Family Medicine / Internal Medicine / Orthopedist / Endocrinologist)
- Experience in Preventive, Functional or Longevity Medicine
- Strong laboratory interpretation skills
- Experience with IV Therapy
- Hormone optimisation experience is an advantage
- Excellent English communication skills
- Commercial mindset
- Ability to confidently explain premium treatment programmes
- Strong initiative and ownership
- Experience in developing or launching medical programmes is highly desirable.
