Role Overview
ServiceTitan is seeking a Supply Chain Senior Partner Solutions Architect to build and scale its supply chain partner ecosystem.
The role enables suppliers, OEMs, retailers, and distributors to integrate catalogs, pricing, availability, and electronic procurement with ServiceTitan.
The position serves as the primary technical authority for supply chain integrations and may expand into accounting and ERP domains.
Core Responsibilities
- Evaluate partner opportunities, demonstrate ServiceTitan capabilities, answer API questions, and recommend integration approaches.
- Own partner integrations from pre-build through production, including catalog, pricing, availability, procurement, and location go-lives.
- Provide API setup, credentialing, troubleshooting, architecture reviews, and integration guidance using tools such as Postman.
- Lead partner certification and validate functional, security, performance, and compliance requirements.
- Develop integration guides, Postman collections, middleware templates, reference architectures, and onboarding automation.
- Resolve escalated partner issues, document Engineering bugs, identify API gaps, and translate feedback into roadmap input.
