Role Overview
Marketing Development Representatives identify and connect with inbound prospective customers about the value ServiceTitan can bring to their businesses.
The role drives the initial sales process through lead qualification, detailed discovery, and setting Account Executives up for success.
This is an early-career sales opportunity with extensive coaching and development.
What You'll Do
- Build pipeline by sourcing potential leads and converting inbound opportunities efficiently.
- Engage prospects creatively, build rapport, and progress the assigned book of prospects.
- Book product demonstrations by collaborating with Account Executives.
- Communicate product value and areas of opportunity through phone and email.
- Achieve and exceed daily KPIs and monthly quotas for qualified meetings and pipeline generation.
- Participate in call reviews, role-playing, manager coaching, and hands-on sales development.
