Senior Outsystems Developer (Saudi Nationality)

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications using OutSystems.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable software solutions.
• Develop custom integrations, APIs, and backend services with .NET and C#.
• Integrate applications with external systems, databases, and third-party APIs.
• Develop reusable components and follow OutSystems best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure maintainable code quality.
• Collaborate with analysts, architects, QA engineers, and development teams.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle through deployment and support.
• Ensure security, performance, scalability, and usability standards are met.
• Mentor junior developers and stay current with relevant technologies.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least five years of software development experience with significant hands-on OutSystems experience.
• Strong OutSystems development experience and strong programming experience with .NET and C#.
• Experience with REST APIs, SOAP APIs, web services, and system integrations.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with application architecture, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Git or another version control system.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Certifications

• OutSystems Certification is described as required/preferred in the source.
• Microsoft/.NET certification is an advantage.
• Relevant cloud certifications such as Microsoft Azure are an advantage.
