Role Purpose

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP FICO modules covering general ledger, payables, receivables, asset accounting, banking, cost centers, internal orders, and profit centers.
• Support SAP Central Finance replication from SAP and non-SAP ERP systems through SLT or landscape transformation.
• Harmonize charts of accounts and map entities across subsidiaries feeding the central hub.
• Support group-wide reporting with drill-down from entities to source transactions.
• Gather requirements, configure the system, and resolve issues with finance and IT stakeholders.
• Support testing, data validation, and reconciliation between source systems and the central hub.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documentation, and handover materials.
• Coordinate delivery status reporting and escalations.

Required Skills and Experience

• Hands-on SAP FICO configuration and support experience, ideally on S/4HANA.
• Direct SAP Central Finance implementation or support experience, including replication, mapping, harmonization, and central reporting.
• Familiarity with SLT or comparable replication technology.
• Understanding of group consolidation, financial reporting standards, and audit or compliance requirements for listed or IPO-track companies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to work with client finance stakeholders.
• Good command of English; Arabic is advantageous.
• Willingness to work onsite at the customer’s office in Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
• SAP FICO certification, preferably S/4HANA Finance, is advantageous.
• GCC experience in oil and gas, industrial, or large multi-entity environments is advantageous.
• IPO-readiness or listing-related financial reporting experience is advantageous.
