The role designs, develops, and supports technical solutions across Oracle Cloud applications.
The consultant delivers integrations, reports, data extracts, conversions, and customizations across Finance and HCM modules.
Technical development
- Design and develop RICEW components, custom reports, dashboards, data models, templates, and bursting reports.
- Perform application and page customizations using Sandbox, Redwood, APEX, VCBS, and PCS frameworks.
- Develop Oracle Integration Cloud integrations between Oracle Fusion and third-party applications using APIs and file-based integrations.
Data, HCM, and reporting
- Support data migration, conversion, automation, and data integrity activities.
- Develop and manage HCM Extracts, HDL processes, and Fast Formulas for HR, payroll, benefits, and reporting requirements.
- Develop OTBI and BI Publisher reporting solutions and customize reporting subject areas and data models.
Testing and support
- Prepare technical design documents, test plans, and user documentation.
- Conduct unit and system testing, support UAT, and assist with deployment and production transition.
- Troubleshoot integration, performance, security, and data-related issues across Oracle Fusion ERP, Finance, SCM, and HCM.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 6–8 years of technical experience with Oracle Cloud.
- Strong hands-on experience with OIC, OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formulas, SQL, XML, XSLT, REST, SOAP, and Oracle SaaS customization tools.
Collaboration competencies
Work with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
Provide technical guidance and collaborate across IT, Finance, HR, and other relevant functions.
Demonstrate customer focus, accountability, adaptability, ownership, collaboration, and analytical troubleshooting.
