Join an expanding Beverage FMCG team in the UAE as a Key Account Manager.
Manage and grow key-client relationships, drive sales performance, and ensure customer satisfaction in a competitive market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with key Beverage FMCG accounts.
- Identify growth opportunities and create plans to increase account revenue and market share.
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams on customer requirements and promotions.
- Analyze sales data and market trends and recommend actions to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability and maintain client satisfaction.
- Monitor account performance through KPIs and sales metrics.
- Resolve client concerns and provide high-level support to strengthen partnerships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- An MBA is a plus.
- Proven Key Account Manager or similar experience in off-trade or modern trade within Beverage FMCG.
- Strong understanding of FMCG dynamics and the UAE market landscape.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and turn insights into actionable business strategies.
- Self-motivation and strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Fluency in English.
- Willingness to travel within the UAE as required to meet client needs.
