The Key Account Manager will join an expanding Beverage FMCG team in the UAE.
The role manages and grows key client relationships, drives sales performance, and supports customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the Beverage FMCG sector.
- Identify growth opportunities and create strategic plans to increase revenue and market share.
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams on customer requirements and promotions.
- Analyze sales data and market trends and recommend actions to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements while balancing profitability and client satisfaction.
- Track account performance using KPIs and sales metrics.
- Resolve client concerns and provide high-level account support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA is a plus.
- Experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role in Beverage FMCG, including Off Trade or Modern Trade.
- Strong understanding of FMCG dynamics and the UAE market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to convert data insights into business strategies.
- Fluency in English.
- Willingness to travel within the UAE as required.
