- Deliver instructor led Oracle Fusion Finance training to end users and business stakeholders
- Facilitate full day classroom workshops and role based training programmes
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and assess user readiness
- Develop training strategies, learning paths and supporting materials
- Create user guides, quick reference guides and training documentation
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and business readiness
- Drive user adoption and change activities through go live and hypercare
- Engage confidently with Finance Managers, Process Owners and senior stakeholders
- Act as a trusted advisor throughout the Oracle Fusion transformation programme
Requirements
- Oracle Fusion Financials experience covering GL, AP, AR, FA, CM
- Proven experience delivering classroom based Oracle Fusion training
- Experience conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
- Experience supporting UAT and go live readiness
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent spoken English and presentation skills

Role Overview
- Our client is delivering a major Oracle Fusion transformation programme and is seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion Finance Trainer to lead end user training, stakeholder engagement and user adoption activities.
- This role requires a confident presenter capable of standing in front of large groups of Finance users, delivering engaging classroom based training and building credibility with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver instructor led Oracle Fusion Finance training to end users and business stakeholders.
- Facilitate full day classroom workshops and role based training programmes.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and assess user readiness.
- Develop training strategies, learning paths and supporting materials.

Essential Experience
- Oracle Fusion Financials experience covering: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM).
- Proven experience delivering classroom based Oracle Fusion training.
- Experience conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
- Experience supporting UAT and go live readiness.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent spoken English and presentation skills Comfortable delivering training to large user communities.
Desirable
- Oracle Fusion implementation experience.
- Oracle certification.
- Experience within large scale ERP transformation programmes.
- Exposure to Oracle PPM.
- Middle East project experience.
