- Support UAT, go live, and hypercare activities
- Conduct business workshops and knowledge transfer sessions
- Support user adoption and business readiness activities
- Create practical, process led learning content
- Travel within the UAE and wider region as required

- SAP Retail experience

- UAT, go live, and hypercare exposure

- Experience developing training materials and learning content
- SAP IS Retail experience highly desirable
- SAP Warehouse Management (WM) and/or Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)
- Train the Trainer (TTT) experience
- Arabic language skills advantageous but not essential

Role Overview
- Our client, an international consulting firm, is seeking an experienced SAP Retail Trainer to support a major SAP transformation programme in the UAE.
- This is a client facing consulting role supporting business readiness, training delivery, user adoption, and enablement across SAP Retail and Warehouse Management environments.
- We are particularly interested in candidates who understand how retail and warehouse processes work operationally and can translate that knowledge into effective end user training and adoption activities.
- This is a hands on, business facing role within a live transformation programme, ideal for SAP consultants who are confident working directly with users, delivering training, and supporting adoption throughout go live and hypercare.
The Environment
- You’ll be working within a fast paced retail and supply chain operation spanning stores, warehousing, and distribution functions.
- The programme is highly visible, operationally critical, and involves significant stakeholder engagement across the business.
- On site presence in Dubai is required.

What We’re Looking For
- SAP Retail experience
- SAP IS Retail experience highly desirable
- SAP Warehouse Management (WM) and/or Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)
