Change Manager – Large-Scale Transformation

Abu Dhabi, UAE

• We’re supporting a major transformation programme and are looking for a Change Manager (Senior Consultant level) to play a key role in driving adoption across a complex, enterprise-wide initiative.
• This role is focused on people, communication, and behavioural change,
• not technical delivery.
• What you’ll be doing
• Leading change and communications strategy across a large transformation programme
• Engaging senior stakeholders and business leaders to drive adoption
• Designing and delivering high-impact communication plans
• Supporting business readiness and embedding change across functions
• Working closely with programme leadership in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
• What we’re looking for
• Strong experience in change management & communications delivery
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
• Background in consulting or large-scale transformation programmes
• Hands-on delivery mindset (not purely advisory)
• ERP exposure (Oracle/SAP) is beneficial, but not essential
• Important to know
• This role is based in the UAE - if relocation is required, this will need to be self-funded.
• We’re targeting Senior Consultant-level profiles (not junior, not Director level)
• You’ll need to be comfortable operating in a high-accountability, delivery-driven environment
