About the Role
DICETEK LLC is seeking a Senior Oracle FLEXCUBE Techno-Functional Consultant for a contract role in Abu Dhabi. The consultant will lead requirement gathering, configure FLEXCUBE solutions across banking modules, and handle technical design and customization.

Responsibilities
- Lead requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholders and banking SMEs
- Analyze business requirements and map them to Oracle FLEXCUBE product capabilities
- Configure and implement FLEXCUBE solutions across Loans and Deposits, Trade Finance, Securities, Money Market, Foreign Exchange, CASA
- Prepare BRDs, GAP Analysis, and Solution Design documents
- Conduct product demonstrations, user training, and knowledge transfer sessions
- Support UAT activities and coordinate with business teams for issue resolution
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, operational policies, and risk management requirements
- Design and review FLEXCUBE customizations, extensions, and integrations
- Work closely with development teams on PL/SQL development, batch processing, reports and customization frameworks
- Perform impact assessments for change requests and enhancements
- Support data migration strategy, reconciliation, and cutover activities
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis
Requirements
- Strong hands on experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE Core Banking, CASA Module, Loans and Deposits, Trade Finance, Foreign Exchange, Securities Management, Money Market, Limits and Collateral Management, Core module, Accounting and GL Integration, EOD/BOD processing
- Oracle PL/SQL skills
- Experience in data migration and reconciliation
- Ability to lead requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholders and banking SMEs
- Experience in preparing BRDs, GAP Analysis, and Solution Design documents
- Experience with FLEXCUBE Universal Banking (FCUBS) latest versions (good to have)
- Exposure to Digital Banking, Payments, SWIFT, AML, and Treasury integrations (good to have)
- Corporate Banking Implementation Experience (good to have)
- Treasury and Capital Markets Exposure (good to have)
- Agile/Scrum Delivery Experience (good to have)
