Role Overview
The role drives patient acquisition and manages end-to-end lead generation for healthcare operations in the UAE.
The position combines creative storytelling, data analytics, paid media, organic social media, and conversion optimization.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Five to ten years of hands-on social media marketing and performance lead generation experience in UAE clinics, hospitals, or medical centers.
- Native or fluent Arabic is mandatory; strong English is highly preferred.
- Expertise in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager is required.
- Experience with GA4, pixel tracking, conversion APIs, UTM parameters, healthcare CRM tools, landing page builders, and automated messaging workflows is required.
- Knowledge of MOHAP, DHA, DoH, or SHA medical advertising guidelines is required.
- The candidate should be analytical, revenue-focused, self-driven, and able to manage campaigns independently.
