Position Overview
Senior Google Ads Manager role focused on healthcare patient acquisition in the UAE.
Leads campaign design, conversion optimization, and performance strategy across search, display, video, and local service advertising.
Responsible for generating high-intent patient leads while maintaining healthcare advertising compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and optimize Search, Performance Max, Display, Remarketing, YouTube, and local service campaigns.
- Optimize landing page funnels, call tracking, appointment booking, and lead capture workflows.
- Own CPL, CPA, lead quality, conversion rate, and ROAS against monthly targets.
- Research healthcare keywords, conduct UAE geo-targeting, and segment audiences.
