TGC Consulting is hiring for a major client in the rental industry and is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager / Operation professional to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate implementation and operational projects across multiple business units.
- Manage project activities from planning and execution through to completion and handover.
- Coordinate with internal teams, management, vendors, and other key stakeholders.
- Establish project priorities, timelines, action plans, and deliverables.
- Monitor progress, identify risks or operational challenges, and drive timely solutions.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and operational requirements.
- Prepare regular project updates, reports, and management presentations.
- Follow up on outstanding actions and ensure effective closure.
- Support process improvements and operational initiatives across the business.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in project management, operations, implementation, or business transformation.
- Strong experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects independently.
- Hands-on experience in heavy equipment rental, fleet, heavy equipment, machinery, logistics, or similar operational environments is preferred.
- Strong project planning, execution, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
