Senior Operations Manager

Role Overview

Financial Responsibilities

• Drive growth through additional services, new projects and programs, and contract extensions.
• Achieve revenue targets through effective delivery and timely revenue recognition.
• Manage profitability, costs, resource utilization, financial performance, and corrective actions.
• Work toward the targeted collection performance of 90-day DSO.

Client Responsibilities

• Develop client relationships by understanding requirements, priorities, challenges, and investment plans.
• Represent company capabilities and services in client meetings, presentations, workshops, and networking activities.

Business Processes

• Deliver projects and programs within approved scope, schedule, budget, quality, contractual, and client requirements.
• Implement performance index requirements and manage risks and opportunities.
• Drive HSEQ performance and resolve HSEQ issues through corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, major projects, procurement pipelines, and client investment plans.
• Support sales and business development through opportunity qualification, proposals, presentations, negotiations, and pursuit strategies.
• Sponsor knowledge management initiatives across assigned projects and programs.

People and Organization

• Support employee engagement and manager effectiveness across assigned projects and programs.
• Sponsor talent and organization development initiatives in collaboration with the relevant department.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 15 years of project management experience is required.
• Experience delivering large-scale projects in the construction or infrastructure industry is required.
• Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to motivate and engage project teams are required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges and risks are required.
