Role Overview
Senior leadership role accountable for planning, executing, and closing assigned projects in Saudi Arabia.
Leads a portfolio of programs and projects while contributing to business growth, client satisfaction, and market positioning.

Financial Responsibilities
- Drive portfolio growth through additional services, new projects and programs, and contract extensions.
- Achieve revenue targets through effective delivery, timely revenue recognition, and available business opportunities.
- Manage profitability, costs, resource utilization, and financial performance to achieve gross margin targets.
- Work toward the targeted collection performance of 90-day DSO.
Client Responsibilities
- Develop strong client relationships by understanding current and future requirements, priorities, challenges, and investment plans.
- Represent company capabilities and offerings in client meetings, presentations, workshops, and networking activities.
Business Processes
- Deliver projects and programs according to approved scope, schedule, budget, quality, contractual obligations, and client expectations.
- Implement performance index requirements and manage project and program risks and opportunities.
- Drive HSEQ compliance, resolve issues, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive developments, major projects, procurement pipelines, and client investment plans.
- Support opportunity qualification, proposal development, presentations, negotiations, and pursuit strategies.
- Sponsor knowledge management initiatives across related projects and programs.
People Responsibilities
- Support Saudization targets and diversity requirements across related projects and programs.
- Maintain employee engagement and manager effectiveness across each project.
- Sponsor talent and organization development initiatives with the relevant department.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 15+ years of project management experience.
- Proven delivery of large-scale projects in the construction or infrastructure industry.
- Strong leadership ability to motivate and engage team members.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges and risks.
