Responsibilities
- Manage Oracle HR products and their delivery including Oracle Fusion HCM, iCIMS, Government Relations Systems and Travel
- Manage system functionality, drive enhancements, and ensure reliable, secure, and scalable solutions supporting HR, Payroll, and business operations
- Perform testing, user support, data management, and stakeholder collaboration
- Translate business needs into practical system solutions
- Create roadmap for realization of HCM systems and drive process improvements
Requirements
- Degree qualified
- Minimum 4 years experience in Enterprise HR systems, particularly Oracle HCM and Payroll
- Hands on expertise across Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and reporting tools (OTBI/BI Publisher)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work closely with stakeholders
- Tech savvy, detail oriented, collaborative, proactive mindset
- Experience in Oracle ERP Cloud and ATS systems (preferred)

About The Role
- Analyse business processes to identify inefficiencies and workflow problems and recommend solutions that align with best practices.
- Manage Oracle HR products and their delivery including Oracle Fusion HCM, iCIMS, Government Relations Systems and Travel.
- Play a key role in managing system functionality, driving enhancements, and ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable solutions that support HR, Payroll, and business operations.

- Tech savvy, detail oriented, collaborative, with a proactive mindset and focus on continuous improvement.
- Experience in Oracle ERP Cloud and ATS systems is a plus.
