About the Role

- Create roadmap for the realization of HCM systems and drive process improvements
Requirements
- Degree qualified
- Minimum of 7 years experience in Enterprise HR systems, particularly Oracle HCM and Payroll
- Hands on expertise across Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and reporting tools (OTBI/BI Publisher)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work closely with stakeholders
- Tech savvy, detail oriented, and collaborative with a proactive mindset

About The Role
- Are you a master of analysing business processes to identify inefficiencies and workflow problems and recommend solutions that align with best practices?
- Embedded within our Enterprise and Innovation Team, you will manage Oracle HR products and their delivery which includes but not limited to, Oracle Fusion HCM, iCIMS, Government Relations Systems and Travel.
- You will play a key role in managing system functionality, driving enhancements, and ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable solutions that support HR, Payroll, and business operations.
- This includes testing, user support, data management, and stakeholder collaboration, while translating business needs into practical system solutions.
- Your accountability will be pivotal to the success of the corporate functions at Riyadh Air.
- Through collaboration across the business, your primary task will encompass laying a roadmap towards the successful execution of our HCM systems.
- Central to your success in the role, you'll play a key role in creating roadmap for the realization of our HCM systems throughout our company and be key in process improvements.
- The opinions of our stakeholders will be heard, as a relationship builder, solutions will be provided to ensure their utilization.
About You
- Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 7 years experience in Enterprise HR systems, particularly Oracle HCM and Payroll.
- You'll bring hands on expertise across Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and reporting tools (OTBI/BI Publisher), along with strong analytical skills and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to deliver efficient, compliant, and user focused solutions.
- You are also tech savvy, detail oriented, and collaborative, with a proactive mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.
