Senior Officer - AOG Materials

Main Objective of Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize AOG notifications based on operational and commercial impact.
• Manage end-to-end AOG events and arrange urgent sourcing for parts, tools, equipment, and documentation.
• Coordinate materials activity between internal teams, OEMs, MROs, pool providers, and external vendors.
• Dispatch parts, tools, equipment, and documentation through expedited transport solutions.
• Track AOG cases, repairs, costs, handovers, status updates, and reporting.
• Manage pool orders, loans, transfers, exchanges, procurement, tooling, and ground support equipment requirements.
• Support troubleshooting, escalate critical issues, and recommend operational recovery actions.
• Ensure AOG material activities comply with airworthiness, safety, company, and regulatory requirements.
• Support AOG sales opportunities and participate in post-AOG reviews to identify improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Aviation Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in aircraft materials, AOG support, or airline maintenance and materials operations.
• Experience handling time-critical AOG requirements in a 24/7 operational environment.
• Fluency in English.
• Knowledge of aviation ERP or maintenance systems such as AMOS, TRAX, or an equivalent system.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and shipment tracking tools.
• Certification in aviation materials, supply chain, or logistics is preferred.
