Job Summary
The employer is seeking an experienced Senior Network & Security Engineer or Senior Network Consultant.
The role provides onsite network and security consultancy and technical support within a large enterprise environment.
The role manages, maintains, troubleshoots, and supports enterprise network infrastructure across L1, L2, and L3 support levels within an ITIL framework.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain enterprise network infrastructure.
- Provide L1, L2, and L3 network troubleshooting and technical support.
- Diagnose and resolve complex network connectivity and performance issues.
- Monitor infrastructure and proactively identify potential issues.
- Support network and security infrastructure availability, reliability, and performance.
- Perform network configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders on incidents and improvements.
- Provide consultancy and recommendations for network and security improvements.
- Support incident resolution, escalation, and root-cause analysis.
- Maintain technical documentation and troubleshooting records.
- Use ManageEngine or similar monitoring tools where applicable.
- Provide remote or onsite support after hours and on weekends when required.
