Shift Timings
- The role requires rotational night shifts.
Network, Security and Infrastructure Support
- Operate a 24/7 global voice and data network and resolve faults within governed service-level time frames.
- Track capacity, identify performance trends, and perform network optimization to reduce outages and improve mean time to repair.
- Develop operational processes and standards and provide supervisory guidance when directed.
- Direct improvement projects focused on network operations and NOC efficiency.
- Manage severity-one incident calls and escalate issues appropriately.
- Support systems and applications in global cloud operations across network, server, and cybersecurity services.
- Maintain patching compliance and assist with infrastructure and operational projects.
- Monitor incident and change queues, review requests, and provide timely updates and escalations.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in computer science, network science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Two to five or more years of hands-on experience in network, technical infrastructure operations, or cloud operations.
- Hands-on experience supporting multi-platform server and application environments.
- Experience with network, firewall, server, operating system, container, data circuit, application, and load-balancer support.
- Knowledge of ticketing systems, monitoring applications, backup technologies, and incident reporting.
- Strong process development, service delivery, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
