Marsh is recruiting a Junior Financial Lines Broker for the FINPRO MENA team in Dubai’s DIFC.
The role is designed for a recent graduate seeking to develop a career in insurance and risk markets.
The successful candidate will receive mentoring, training, and structured learning and development.
What You Can Expect
- Learn the fundamentals of Financial Lines products.
- Understand how insurance and reinsurance broking and placement work in market conditions.
- Build relationships with clients and insurers across the MENA region.
- Work alongside experienced industry professionals.
- Gain exposure to the regional insurance market.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the FINPRO MENA team in day-to-day operations and client deliverables.
- Assist in preparing client presentations, proposals, and reports.
- Learn Financial Lines products and insurance placement.
- Support broking and placement activities as market knowledge develops.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients and insurers.
- Contribute to market research and analysis that informs strategy.
