GEN PLUS Group is seeking a Senior Motion Graphic Designer for its Dubai-based hybrid team.
The role focuses on creating compelling motion graphics, illustrations, logos, and other visual designs for brands and communications work.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute high-quality motion graphics for digital ads, social media, and promotional videos.
- Collaborate with creative directors, designers, and clients on visually compelling content.
- Use Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator to create dynamic visual elements.
- Edit and fine-tune video content for a seamless blend of visuals, motion, and sound.
- Stay current with industry trends and incorporate new techniques and tools.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining quality.
- Assess designs across media platforms and adjust them for different media requirements.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in motion design.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating motion graphics and animation expertise.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, or similar software.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration and explaining design concepts.
- Exceptional creativity and a record of innovative solutions aligned with marketing and branding objectives.
