The Account Manager for the Social team plans, implements, and monitors client social media strategies.
The role supports brand awareness, marketing effectiveness, audience engagement, content creation, platform management, performance analysis, and trend monitoring.

- Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for clients.
- Manage and grow accounts across Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Create and curate blog posts, photos, videos, graphics, and other engaging content.
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments and foster online community engagement.
- Understand client brand voice and align social strategies with marketing objectives.
- Analyze and report account performance to measure campaigns and identify optimization opportunities.
- Track social media trends and recommend platform features for client strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of social media management or community management experience.
- Proficiency with analytical tools for measuring and reporting social media performance.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
