Role Overview
The Client Lead for Social plans, implements, and monitors clients' social media strategies.
The role supports brand awareness, marketing performance, audience engagement, content creation, platform management, analytics, and trend monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for clients.
- Manage and grow client social media accounts across Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Create high-quality content, including blog posts, photos, videos, and graphics.
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments while fostering online community engagement and feedback.
- Align social media strategies with client brand voice and overall marketing objectives.
- Analyze and report on account performance to measure campaign success and identify optimization opportunities.
- Monitor social media trends and platform developments and provide client recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in social media management or community management.
- Proficiency in analytical tools used to measure and report on social media performance.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
